Wes­ley fin­ished the sea­son well, outscor­ing its oppo­nents over the final four matches, but a mid­sea­son los­ing streak dashed the squad’s post­sea­son hopes. The Wolver­ines posted a win and a tie in the first four matches of the year, but lost each of their next nine con­tests. Back-to-back home vic­to­ries fol­lowed, how­ever, start­ing the team’s bet­ter play down the stretch. The team fin­ished 3–13-1 and was led in scor­ing by Kim Fearn­bach with 10 points on a team-best five goals.
