This sur­vey is hosted by Qualtrics.com, a lead­ing sur­vey firm, in coop­er­a­tion with the Coun­cil for the Advance­ment and Sup­port of Edu­ca­tion (CASE),
of which Wes­ley Col­lege is a mem­ber. The results of the sur­vey will be reported to Wes­ley Col­lege in aggre­gate form only, and you will not be identified.
